Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become news eureka ca an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
